- Responsible for the overall operational management and performance of SLAs to ensure delivery to meet regulatory and governance requirements

- Manage, train, plan, direct and having an oversight of operations resources to ensure a timely and efficient management of the operation in PSA

- Strong knowledge of operations and business system process to ensure a customer service and operations delivery.

- Manage relationship with stakeholders and responsible to achieve the agreed service levels

- Understand the details of the service agreement with PACS, in terms of service delivery, budgeting, resources and recruitment

- Provide forecast and resources to support volume growth, system testing and timelines.

- Perform regular updates or Quarterly Business Reviews to PACS

- Ensure that each team maintains good quality documentations, trainings, resource management, contracts, procurement, billing

- Managing a team of employees to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget requirements

- Providing reports to help improve efficiency and productivity

- Conduct regular meetings and effective communication with the different business stakeholders to proactively identify issues and emerging risks.
- Takes swift action to resolve or escalate any issues as appropriate and update on service delivery and improvement

- Coordinating with human resources departments on resource management and performance management and coaching.
