Job Description


Job Purpose:Agrobank\'s strategic aim is to advance agriculture beyond banking. This role provides leadership in areas of People Mobility (external and internal).

  • Manage and lead a team of talent recruiter specialists to ensure that the Bank continues improving how it sources, recruits, hires and on-boards talents.
  • Planning, developing, managing, and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with various stakeholders toward achieving the organizational goal.
  • Manage employer branding and social media efforts, network online and offline with potential candidates to promote employer brand, reduce time-to-hire and ensure to attract talent.
  • Building and managing a diverse and skilled talent team and overseeing aspects of the resourcing and recruitment teams.
  • Establish short- and long-term plans pertaining to talent acquisition in line with the Bank\'s business strategies

  • Develop and implement end-to-end external sourcing processes.
  • Research and monitor the various employment markets to capture competitive intelligence and identify sourcing opportunities.
  • Ensure delivery on candidates from various talent markets targeted.
  • Lead the annual sourcing plan and budgeting process.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders and suppliers (e.g., academia, professional organizations, media).
  • Internal sourcing:
Develop and maintain broad career framework to foster a culture of internal mobility, and to cultivate an internal talent pool.Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years in managerial role position preferably in development banking and or relevant banking / financial environment.
  • Preferably Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource certification (e.g., AHRI/CIPD/SHRM/MIHRM), Master\'s Degree preferred.
  • Experienced in working closely with top management and Board of Directors is desirable.
  • Exposure in Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MoF Inc) companies, multi-national companies, or financial industry would be an added advantage.
  • HR management in the areas of people mobility and services.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and lead significant change initiatives.
  • Passion for people development and life-long-learning.
  • At ease with abundance of details and complexity, yet mindful of big picture.
  • Seen as a thought partner to senior leaders, not merely a person who executes as requested.
  • Emotional resilience.
  • Must be results oriented with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple complex issues concurrently.
