Job description: Position Title Head, Professional and Innovation Learning Reports To Chief Operating Officer, MAB Academy Position Summary Head, Professional and Innovation Learning will lead in crafting comprehensive strategies, enhancing learning in aviation, facilitating sustainable growth, and fostering academic collaborations Key Accountability Strategic Leadership : Develop overarching strategies that integrate hospitality, sustainability, digital transformation, and innovation. Translate these strategies into actionable plans and ensure alignment with the organization\'s goals. Hospitality : Manage the creation and execution of hospitality training programs. Work closely with academic partners to ensure these programs meet both educational and industry standards for exceptional customer service in Business Development : Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for educational programs and Seek partnerships with academic and corporate entities to diversify revenue streams. Sustainability : Direct initiatives that embed sustainability into organizational culture and educational curricula. Partner with academic institutions to develop and disseminate best practices in sustainable Digital Transformation : Spearhead the digitization of educational content and Collaborate with technology providers and academic experts to ensure digital solutions are innovative, user-friendly, and secure. Innovation : Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging the exploration of emerging technologies and Partner with research institutions for joint R&D activities and to bring innovation into educational programs. Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including government agencies, industry leaders, and academic Coordinate joint initiatives and secure external funding when possible. Academic Collaboration : Establish, manage, and evaluate partnerships with colleges and universities. Collaborate on curriculum development, research projects, and talent pipelines to benefit both the organization and the academic Budget Management : Develop and manage budgets for each department under your purview, ensuring investments yield maximum ROI. Include budget planning for academic collaborations and grant Team Leadership : Lead and develop a team of managers across multiple Set performance goals, oversee training, and ensure the teams activities align with organizational Performance Metrics : Implement performance indicators to monitor the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, with a focus on assessing the outcomes and impacts of academic Qualifications & Working Experience Bachelor\'s degree in instructional design, educational technology, computer science, or a related Master\'s degree preferred. At least 10 years experience in related fields. Area of Experience Proven experience in developing and implementing innovative learning platforms, preferably in a corporate or educational setting. Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning capabilities. Strong academic collaboration and stakeholder management skills, especially in academia and government. Expertise in digital transformation and sustainability Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
