including the smallholders that supply them, achieve and maintain full compliance with the
sustainability standards to which the RGE Group has committed.Responsibilities: You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting internal audits to identify the improvements necessary to achieve and maintain compliance with various sustainability standards throughout the palm oil operations and smallholder supply base. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leading the sustainability team, and working closely with the plantations operations team and relevant supporting departments, to ensure that the necessary improvements are delivered in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring that each department fully understands their responsibilities in relation to the implementation of various sustainability standards and incorporates these requirements into their budget and human resource planning. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting with the collection and compilation of the data and information necessary to monitor sustainability KPIs, calculate the carbon footprint, produce the sustainability report and respond to requests for information from various stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting with the development and implementation of new sustainability-related policies and initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Producing monthly work plans and activity reports for the sustainability department. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing and managing the sustainability department\xe2\x80\x99s budget. \xe2\x80\xa2 Engaging with government representatives, NGOs and other stakeholders on sustainability related issues as and when required.Requirements: To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 A degree in the related job field. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 15 years or more working exposure or experience in a similar role. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to relocate to the job location.When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent to us retaining your information in our talent recruitment database.
