Head, Warehouse Operations (FMCG) As Neutrovis continues to expand regionally focusing on high-quality FMCG products and solutions to provide superior protection for every ASEAN household and beyond, we are now looking for a dynamic & strategic planner to head our warehouse operations in Northport Klang. To champion & spearhead: Oversee the main activities from the warehouses and third party logistics for which strategize and optimize the warehouse distribution & inhouse performance. Ensure a smooth SOP between transport planning and internal stakeholders by setting up a clear strategy for an optimized logistics operations. Act as a liaison between management, carriers, shipping customers and internal sales & marketing team to set up pro-active plans for improvement & continuation Build and maintain an efficient and effective manpower workforce to maximize all channels\' satisfaction Keeping abreast of company\'s new product expansions to plan out warehouse space optimization & demand planning (S&OP) Advise and coach the team in complex situations through best practices and vast experience. Implementing industry best practices in Health & Safety regulations, standards, ensuring local law compliances As the subject matter expert in terms of warehouse operations, to be the project owner of continuous improvement & implementation of existing ERP & WMS system Criteria: A minimum of 10 years relevant operations working experience in medium to large scale FMCG / Pharmaceutical companies from which minimum 5 years in a leadership capacity. Well-versed in customs import and export regulations. Strong in analytical thinking with passion for process and data mapping. Advanced knowledge of WMS & ERP systems. Excellent in interpersonal, written and verbal communication with all levels of internal stakeholders & customers.
