1. Be familiar with the standardization and normalization of hot pot restaurant dishes, and control kitchen costs and food;
2. Carry out daily management of kitchen personnel, and conduct good control over employee scheduling and attendance;
3. Guide the proper maintenance, use and replacement of food and beverage service equipment;
4. Provide technical advice on problems arising in food quality control;
5. Be able to provide professional training for hot pot restaurant back kitchen positions.
6. Proficient in the use and maintenance of various kitchen equipment.
7. Be familiar with the characteristics and usage of raw materials in hot pot restaurants, and be proficient in plate styles.
8. Have good communication skills and learning ability.
10. Arrange the order quantity reasonably and take stock inventory. Experience Required: Min 2 Year/s
