ROLE SUMMARY Field based, direct-access Subject Matter Expert (SME) for brands that require enhanced patient care and HCP support skills not provided by sales-based field force colleagues. Interactions occur before and after a prescribing decision has been made. HCP engagement in-person and/or virtually. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Provides direct access subject matter expertise for HCPs regarding \'All I need to know about my medicine\' for specialised medication-specific support, that can go directly to customer Collaborate and support HCP to prescribe a Pfizer medicine regarding education and support related to a specific Pfizer medication Direct interaction with HCPs regarding provision of Pfizer medication-specific education and support required by patients Central point of contact and SME on medicines and treatment journey, access/out of pocket costs, treatment initiation process, ongoing management, and adherence issues Direct line of communication to HCPs regarding patient insights for optimal patient selection and treatment (future opportunities and risks) Provide scientific information to HCPs within hospitals and clinics for launch brands Engages with HCPs both virtually and face-to-face depending on need. Focus on providing educational and scientific contents, and initiatives to improve outcomes and/or better service support to HCPs QUALIFICATIONS Tertiary education in science (preferred) or a health science related discipline Knowledge of clinical research and clinical development processes desirable Minimum 2 to 3 years\' experience in pharmaceutical sales role, prefer to have previous experience with the government hospital channel #LI-PFE Work Location Assignment:Flexible Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.
