Role Description Job Summary: The HealthTech Executive is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic direction, growth, and management of the company\'s healthcare technology initiatives. They play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to leverage technology to improve healthcare services, drive innovation, and achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company\'s health technology strategy, aligning it with organizational goals and market trends. Project management Able to manage healthtech / healthcare projects end to end with excellent execution and good stakeholder management. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Business Development: Identify and establish partnerships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to expand the company\'s presence in the health technology sector. Drive revenue growth by creating and executing business development plans. Product Development: Oversee the development and enhancement of health technology products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and regulatory requirements. Lead cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and quality. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about healthcare regulations and ensure that the company\'s health technology solutions comply with all relevant laws and standards. Financial Management: Manage the budget and financial resources allocated to health technology initiatives. Ensure cost-effective operations and sustainable growth. Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and threats. Use market insights to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree and/or minimum 3 years experience in a related field. Proven experience in executive roles within the healthcare or health technology sector. Experience and knowledge of healthcare technology, telemedicine, electronic health records, and related fields. Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
