Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and develop a positive safety culture across the business
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of business operations via email and phone support
  • Positively promote Programmed services to existing and new clients
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Liaise with branches, clients and employees to ensure automation solutions are configured and maintained correctly
  • Accurately and efficiently address any issues or disputes with clients
  • Conduct internal and external training via technology platforms and in person
  • Assist internal stakeholders with accurate and efficient collection of data
