Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions including recruitment & selection, training & development program, compensation and benefits, performance management, industrial relation and other HR related matters
Manage and ensure timely and accurate payroll computation, government statutory compliance
Maintain employee personnel record by keeping all information updated in both payroll system and e-filing system
Responsible for leave and attendance management
Produce HR related monthly report to HR Manager
Prepare Human Resource documents related to an employee\xe2\x80\x99s entire life cycle
Handle/supervise all office admin functions and activities
Undertake/perform any other task assigned from time to time
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or its equivalent
Min 2 years working experience in the related field
Knowledge in accounts and finance will have added advantage
Confident, pro-active and able to work independently
Good verbal and written English is required
Well-versed with Malaysia Labour Laws and local Human Resource practices
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Work From Home with occasional face to face meeting in the office when required
