A prominent retail organization with a significant presence throughout Malaysia is actively recruiting a skilled HR Admin & Operations Manager to join their esteemed team based in Kuala Lumpur.
Key requirements include:
\xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or etc
\xe2\x80\x93 More than 12 years of HR management covering HR Operations, Payroll, Recruitment with more than 4 years experience in demonstrating strong leadership in handling large-scale workforce management.
\xe2\x80\x93 Formulate and execute HR strategies, policies, and protocols that are in line with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s strategic direction and vision of the organization.
\xe2\x80\x93 Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing HRMS related applications that encompass a wide range of functionalities.
