Job Description


  • Client servicing and guest relations
  • Develop and maintain good relations with our partners
  • Manage reservations and meet occupancy targets
  • Identify upsell opportunities to upsell bookings
  • You will be required to work using the Property Management System (PMS) and supporting subsystems like channel manager and online travel agencies (OTAs), including handling calls
  • Provide good customer service in handling guest enquiries on PMS pertaining to amenities, services, local activities, etc promptly based on our customer care standards
  • Be quick to react to customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaints, execute service recovery and meet response time targets
Experience & requirements
  • Customer focused, responsible and service-oriented
  • Organised and meticulous
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
  • Able to work from home or remotely
  • Fluent in Malay, Mandarin and English (Written and spoken)
  • Willing to work shifts and weekends
