Develop and maintain good relations with our partners
Manage reservations and meet occupancy targets
Identify upsell opportunities to upsell bookings
You will be required to work using the Property Management System (PMS) and supporting subsystems like channel manager and online travel agencies (OTAs), including handling calls
Provide good customer service in handling guest enquiries on PMS pertaining to amenities, services, local activities, etc promptly based on our customer care standards
Be quick to react to customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaints, execute service recovery and meet response time targets
