Job Responsibilities: - Operations

Welcomes our customers in a friendly and professional manner and presents a positive first impression, synonymous with the company's brand image. Interacts with customers, ascertains their needs and serves customers by helping them select products and merchandize and assisting with inquiries or concerns. Supports company sales through engagement with customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge. Offers recommendations to continuously improve customer experience. Supports the implementation of the company's programs or initiatives. Follows the company's operational policies and procedures and reports essential information to superior.

Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Minimum Diploma studies in any field with 1-2 years of working experience in high-end service-related industry eg. hospitality, F&B, airlines, retail sales, etc. Enthusiastic with a positive and patient attitude and possess a flair for customer service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to foster relationships with all levels of customers. Observant and able to evaluate the environment and customers for cues. Pleasant demeanor, well-groomed, physically fit. Positive attitude, patient and proactive. Able to "think on one's feet". Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality and available flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Working hours: 9.5 hours including 1 hour break (Shift)

Off day: 2 days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
