Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Warden to manage the daily operations of our dormitory/hostel and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for both local and foreign residents.

Job Responsibilities:



1. Supervise daily dorm/hostel operations and maintain overall safety and security.

2. Manage resident matters, including room assignments, new resident orientation, and addressing complaints or concerns.

3. Maintain accurate records of residents, room allocations, and attendance.

4. Report incidents, maintenance issues, and emergencies to management promptly.

5. Coordinate with management, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to uphold cleanliness and facility standards.

6. Respond quickly to emergencies (medical, fire, or security) and follow proper emergency procedures.

Requirements:



1. Willing to oversee the dorm

day and night

(on-call when required).

2. 1-2 years of experience as a warden or in a related field.

3. Able to manage both

foreign and local

residents.

4. Responsible, organized, and capable of working independently.

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
