As a
Hostess / VIP Guest Relations Executive
, you'll be the first point of contact, welcoming guests with warmth and confidence while creating a premium, memorable experience for every visitor.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and overseeing VIP guest experiences. This includes handling guest listings for club entries, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow and an elegant front-of-house atmosphere.
What You'll Do:
Welcome and greet guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
Manage table reservations, guest listings, and seating arrangements.
Coordinate with service and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
Handle VIP guest relations with discretion and professionalism.
Maintain brand image through excellent grooming, posture, and communication.
Support marketing and events team in guest engagement activities when needed.
Requirements:
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in
high-end dining, lounge, club, or hospitality guest services
.
Strong
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
.
Familiar with
social dining culture, nightlife etiquette, and VIP handling protocols
.
Confident, well-groomed, and possesses elegant hospitality charisma.
Comfortable using
reservation platforms, WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, and guest listing tools
.
Able to work
nights, weekends, and event-based extended hours
.
