Job Responsibility Ensure smooth operations of the food & beverages section during service Assist in quality checking and maintaining consistency of the food served Follow the food handling procedures as per the SOP To ensure refill beverages chiller and to support chef on replenishment for food/snacks Clear and sanitize all tables after each use by guests before seating the next guest. Responsible for keeping the food counters and service areas clean at all times. To work with the kitchen crew in development, implementation, maintenance and improvements of the quality management system. Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisors from time to time. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/\'O\' Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/\'A\' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field. Required skill(s): Culinary arts or cooking in a professional setting.
