Is accountable to Hotel Operations in the overall running of the hotel by participating in the
decision-making related to the hotel policy, philosophy, directions, goals and objectives and by taking appropriate action for their implementation as directed.
Provides guidance and assistance in the execution of their responsibilities and help them set their respective departmental objectives.
Oversees the quality, consistency, and presentation in the outlets under his/her responsibility to ensure that they conform to the requisite standards of the hotel and meet or exceed customer expectations.
Oversees the service standards of all outlets under his/her responsibility to ensure that they conform to the requisite standards, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Co-ordinates in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing Department the preparation and implementation of annual packages or special promotions regarding guest rooms and F&B activities.
Assists in the preparation of the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s annual budget.
Participates in the preparation of the annual business plan in the approved corporate format, including explanations, comparison analysis, and variances.
Reviews operational reports daily.
Maintains efficient administration by preparing and submitting operational reports on time.
Requirement:
Tertiary education in a related field, or full hospitality professional qualifications
8-10 years in luxury, upscale hotels with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in hotel management or a similar role
Strong in Food & Beverage background
Dynamic, inspiring, innovative and enthusiastic in driving results
Ability to express effective, clear, and concise written and verbal communication
Strong leadership, organizational and administrative skills
