Responsibilities:

  • Is accountable to Hotel Operations in the overall running of the hotel by participating in the
decision-making related to the hotel policy, philosophy, directions, goals and objectives and
by taking appropriate action for their implementation as directed.
  • Provides guidance and assistance in the execution of their responsibilities and help them set their respective departmental objectives.
  • Oversees the quality, consistency, and presentation in the outlets under his/her responsibility to ensure that they conform to the requisite standards of the hotel and meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Oversees the service standards of all outlets under his/her responsibility to ensure that they conform to the requisite standards, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Co-ordinates in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing Department the preparation and implementation of annual packages or special promotions regarding guest rooms and F&B activities.
  • Assists in the preparation of the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s annual budget.
  • Participates in the preparation of the annual business plan in the approved corporate format, including explanations, comparison analysis, and variances.
  • Reviews operational reports daily.
  • Maintains efficient administration by preparing and submitting operational reports on time.

Requirement:

  • Tertiary education in a related field, or full hospitality professional qualifications
  • 8-10 years in luxury, upscale hotels with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in hotel management or a similar role
  • Strong in Food & Beverage background
  • Dynamic, inspiring, innovative and enthusiastic in driving results
  • Ability to express effective, clear, and concise written and verbal communication
  • Strong leadership, organizational and administrative skills
