: * To plan, implement and manage overall hotel daily operations and business activities
To manage hotel budgets and expenses
To assist and implement marketing strategies to drive sales
Work closely with department head across hotel properties to develop and implement business strategies, policies and procedures in support of business operations to meet business objectives
Ensure that quality standards are consistently met or exceeded in accordance with the Company's service culture, core value and brand attributes
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as required
Requirements: * Possess a Degree/Master in Hotel Management, Hospitality or related discipline
Minimum five (5) years' experience as a Deputy Hotel Manager or Operations Manager of a hotel or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead a team and a team player.
