-To plan, implement and manage overall hotel daily operations and business activities
-To manage hotel budgets and expenses
-To assist and implement marketing strategies to drive sales
-Work closely with department head across hotel properties to develop and implement business strategies, policies and procedures in support of business operations to meet business objectives
-Ensure that quality standards are consistently met or exceeded in accordance with the Company's service culture, core value and brand attributes
-Perform any other duties and responsibilities as required
Requirements:
-Possess a Degree/Master in Hotel Management, Hospitality or related discipline
-Minimum five (5) years' experience as a Deputy Hotel Manager or Operations Manager of a hotel or equivalent.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to lead a team and a team player.
