Job Description

Responsibilities



Oversee the entire operations of hotels. Operations include front office, housekeeping, maintenance, security, public relations, food service, sales and marketing, multimedia, IT and etc Deal effectively with guest, bosses and staff while keeping the hotels running smoothly. Directly supervise branch personnel and ensure proper completion of the branch duties. Directs and coordinates the activities of the branch. Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel. Monitor and maintain operation & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organization.

Requirements



Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English Pleasant personality and positive working attitude. Must be willing to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays. Be on available on call 24 hours a day to resolve any urgent problems on emergencies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ipoh (Kinta): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

hotel: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
