Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out of their rooms
  • Receive and manage reservations via phone, WhatsApp, email, and OTAs
  • Verify guests\xe2\x80\x99 payment methods during check-in
  • Provide guests with information about the hotel and local area
  • Maintain the record of guests that have checked in and out
  • Ensure general cleanliness of specified areas
  • Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required in this position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word will be an advantage.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to perform multi-tasking with minimum supervision able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, follow-up skills & problem-solving abilities.
  • Required language(s): English and Malay
  • Preferred language(s): Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Availability immediately is preferable
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
