Guest Room Cleaning

Clean and prepare guest rooms according to resort standards: Change bed linens, make beds Dust furniture and surfaces Vacuum or mop floors Sanitize bathrooms, restock toiletries and towels Refill in-room amenities (coffee, water, etc.) Report room damage or maintenance needs to supervisors

Public Area Cleaning

Maintain cleanliness in: Lobbies, corridors, lounges Public restrooms Poolside areas, gym, spa, and recreational facilities Sweep walkways and tidy resort grounds if required

Laundry Duties

Collect, sort, and send linen and guest laundry to laundry services Fold, iron, and stock clean towels, linens, and uniforms Ensure proper storage and inventory of linen supplies

Deep Cleaning Tasks (Periodic)

Perform scheduled deep-cleaning activities: Carpet shampooing Polishing floors or furniture Cleaning air vents, curtains, or windows Disinfecting high-touch areas during outbreaks (e.g., post-COVID SOPs)

Stocking & Inventory

Maintain housekeeping trolley with necessary supplies Report low inventory levels to supervisor Store cleaning products safely in designated areas

Guest Interaction (When Needed)

Respond to guest requests (extra pillows, towels, etc.) Report lost-and-found items following resort policy Ensure discretion and guest privacy at all times

Skills & Qualifications

Physically fit; able to lift, bend, and work long hours Attention to detail and cleanliness Basic English or Malay to understand instructions or guest requests Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) Experience preferred, but on-the-job training is often provided Friendly and respectful demeanor

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
