Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure all rooms and public areas uphold the resort's quality standards.
Conduct daily room inspections and report any maintenance or service issues.
Train, guide, and monitor housekeeping staff to maintain productivity and quality.
Manage linen inventory, amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and staff assignments.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Assist in preparing rooms for guest arrivals and special events.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has a Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or supervisory role (resort/hotel preferred)
Is detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Has strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Is proactive, responsible, and able to manage a small team
Can work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays
