Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the resort's quality standards.
Perform daily inspections of rooms and report any maintenance or service concerns.
Train, support, and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain high levels of efficiency and quality.
Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and other housekeeping supplies.
Organize daily cleaning schedules and assign tasks to team members.
Ensure all hygiene, safety, and cleanliness guidelines are followed.
Assist with preparing rooms for guest arrivals and special events.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has a Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or supervisory role (resort/hotel preferred)
Is detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Has strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Is proactive, responsible, and able to manage a small team
Can work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays
