Job Description

Supervise work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean and orderly public area in mall Inspect all concourse areas, washrooms, all public spaces (common area) and to ensure that the cleaning standard are maintain at all time. Check cleaning equipment and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained. Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action. To ensure smooth daily routine operation of housekeeping. To supervise contract cleaner and ensure that the manpower supply is enough for all shift duties. To assist immediate superior to spearhead monitor and take corrective measures for housekeeping in ensuring the shopping mall is kept in tip top condition. Ensure that all outsourced associates comply with the grooming and uniform standards Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirement:

Minimum 1-year supervisory experience in housekeeping department is required. Good leadership skills and able to lead contract cleaner. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Must have strong leadership skills with pleasant disposition and friendly personality. Hands on and result oriented Able to work shift & weekend and public holiday.
