Job Description

Job Responsibilities:-

Provide training to housekeeping attendants on cleaning and maintenance procedures. Supervise staff on a daily basis to ensure efficient operations. Conduct inspections of office spaces and common areas, such as stairways and lounges, to maintain cleanliness standards. Delegate housekeeping tasks to staff and review their work to ensure it meets established cleanliness criteria. Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job Respond to customer complaints and special requests Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required. Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service. Providing training to the housekeeping staff. Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed. Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.
REQUIREMENTS

Work experience as a Housekeeping Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products Excellent organizational and team management skills Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job Proficient in all Microsoft Office The ability to multitask. The ability to stand for extended periods of time. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Effective communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
QUALIFICATIONS

High school or equivalent education is required.; additional qualifications will be a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
