Lead and coordinate the daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to maintain immaculate standards consistent with Pullman brand guidelines. Supervise, mentor, and train room attendants to ensure high-quality cleanliness, efficient room turnarounds, and proper stock levels of linens and amenities .
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily briefings, assign room and deep-cleaning duties, and track room status using the property management system
Perform regular inspections of guest and public areas, including VIP and occupied rooms, to guarantee brand-aligned cleanliness and presentation standards
Manage inventory flow--ordering, receiving, and maintaining par stocks of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities--and assist with monthly count audits
Address guest requests or feedback promptly, collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments on room readiness and maintenance issues
Support the Executive Housekeeper in recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching housekeeping staff to ensure productivity, compliance, and team development
