Supervise daily housekeeping operations
Assign and monitor room cleaning tasks for staff
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and linen quality
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
Train, guide, and support housekeeping staff
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities
Handle guest requests, complaints, and lost & found items
Prepare reports and duty rosters
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized
Physically fit and able to supervise staff
