Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, and related documents. Record, organise, and maintain all company documentation accurately. Update and submit information through

E-TRIS for training provider

requirements. Assist with training coordination and communicate with trainers, clients, and participants. Post training photos and updates on social media platforms. Create simple captions or basic marketing materials when needed. Record accounts payable and receivable, monitor payments, and update financial logs. Prepare letters, reports, attendance lists, and other administrative paperwork. Maintain employee records, attendance updates, and simple HR tasks. Assist with interview arrangements, onboarding documents, and general HR support. Manage office supplies, correspondence, and day-to-day office operations. Communicate with suppliers, clients, and internal staff professionally.

Job Requirements:



Able to learn fast, follow instructions, and catch up with tasks efficiently. No prior experience required Must have own vehicle and valid driving licence. Good communication skills and a positive working attitude. Responsible, punctual, and able to complete tasks within deadlines. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, social media posting). Willing to multitask and work independently when needed. Support management with any tasks or projects assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
