Responsible of executing and implementing instruction given by the Immediate Superior. Responsible of running and assisting the company\xe2\x80\x99s operation.

Responsible of dealing with confidential matters, business affairs and trade secrets of the company.

Administer Induction for New Joiner
Compilation of all HR documents for New Joiner
Employee Relations
Administer Staff\'s Welfare
Administer Company Group Insurance
Administer Company Credit Card
Administer Company\'s Canteen
Administer Employee Engagement Events (Teamwork).
Administer HR Notice Board (Teamwork).
Team building (Teamwork).
General Affairs
Administer Visa Application for Employees supporting RW Overseas.
Administer Flight and Hotel Booking.
Administer stationery, printing, groceries, mineral water & sterling water.
Administer Printer Machine (KONICA) & Order Toner - MLK.
Administer Janitor
Administer Company Telephone Line.
Compliance ISO
Administer Department\'s QMS - ISO 9001
Administer and acknowledge Departmental QMS, EMS,

Required Skills & Experience
Posses Diploma in HRM or equivalent
Minimum 3years experience in HR field
Familiar with Employment Act 1955 and HR practices and legislation
Experienced in handling Integrated HRMS system
Other Requirements:
Education : Diploma in HRM or equivalent may be advantageous.
Languages : English and Bahasa Malaysia
Other : Possess own transport.

Workstation: Ayer Keroh,Melaka
Employment Contract for 6 months
Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
