Main Accountabilities
Human Resources Support - Assist in recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, drafting job postings, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support payroll preparation by gathering attendance, overtime, claims, mid-month reimbursement, and leave data to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Assist in organizing employee welfare activities, including events, celebrations, and engagement programs.
- Prepared meal vouchers for operation staff every month
- Responsible for preparing training attendance records and evaluations for staff who attend the training.
-Responsible for calculating mid-month reimbursements for operations staff on a monthly basis.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of offices, meeting rooms, the reception area, and the pantry, coordinating with the Housekeeping team as needed.
- Handle HR & Admin-related Purchase Orders (POs) issuance and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct price comparisons for office supplies and equipment to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Manage and replenish office supplies/services, including air purifiers, water filters, Nescafe machines, stationery and meeting room items.
IT and Office Support
- Coordinate with outsourced IT providers to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain office equipment such as photocopiers, computers, PABX systems, and CCTV.
- Support office staff with hardware and software needs, including email setup and configurations.
- Liaise with the IT regarding any laptop issues or inaccessible VPN websites.
Meeting Room Management
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of meeting room bookings.
- Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and on standby for any HR events or programs when required.
Other Duties
- Any ad-hoc tasks as required by the Superior / Management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
