The HR & Admin Assistant is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and human resource support, ensuring smooth operations of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee data management, and customer service coordination with restaurant outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service Support (Outlet Restaurant)
Act as a liaison between HQ and outlet teams for HR and administrative matters.
Handle customer feedback or inquiries related to outlet operations and escalate when necessary.
Ensure outlet teams adhere to company service standards and SOPs.
2. Payroll & Attendance
Check and verify daily attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
Assist in keying in overtime and preparing data for monthly payroll processing.
Coordinate with outlet supervisors on attendance discrepancies.
3. Documentation & Filing
Maintain proper filing of employee records, HR documents, and administrative files.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR-related documents.
Update and organize employee personal files and HR database.
4. Recruitment & Hiring
Assist in job posting on various platforms and social media.
Screen applications and schedule interviews.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
5. Meeting & Minutes
Assist in scheduling HR and management meetings.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
Follow up on action items discussed during meetings.
6. Employee Data Monitoring
Update and monitor employee information in the HR system.
Track probation, confirmation, and contract renewal dates.
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR reporting.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of working experience in HR or administrative role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
