  • Possess Certificate or Diploma in HR Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Organized, disciplined, self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Possess strong sense of commitment and time management.
  • Ability to SPEAK IN MANDARIN
  • Required Languages : Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Nusajaya (near Bukit Indah), Johor, Malaysia.
Tanggungjawab
  • Able to handle day to day operations of HR functions and duties.
  • Process HR\'s documentation (Personal File, Leave Records, Attendance, Appointment, Confirmation, Increment, Promotion & etc).
  • Assist in payroll preparation which includes Salary, Overtime, Allowance & Deduction.
  • Maintains management guideline and Human Resource Policies.
  • Responsible for day to day administrative assignments given by superior.
