Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair, timely, and professional manner.
Support managers in handling employee performance, conduct, and disciplinary issues.
Ensure consistent application and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Promote a respectful, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and recommend suitable candidates.
Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to employee matters and recruitment activities.
Support employee engagement initiatives aimed at improving workplace satisfaction and retention.
Any adhoc task to assist HR Manager to support China project
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu
At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in Manufacturing Industry or related field.
Ability to work independently and committed to delivery on time
