Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Prepare and manage HR documents including employment contracts, confirmation letters, and termination notices.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management system.
Handle payroll matters: attendance verification, claims, overtime, and statutory contributions.
Assist in employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance appraisals.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies.
Act as a point of contact for staff on HR-related issues.
Administration
Oversee daily office operations, including stationery, equipment, and facilities management.
Handle company correspondences, filing, and documentation.
Prepare minutes of meetings and ensure timely circulation to relevant parties.
Arrange and coordinate staff refreshments for meetings, events, and office functions.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
Liaise with external parties such as government bodies, vendors, and service providers.
Ensure proper record-keeping of company licenses, contracts, and agreements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR and administration.
Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with high confidentiality and integrity.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
