Job Requirement



Working Time : Monday - Friday , 9am - 6pm SPM or Diploma or any related fields Hardworking, Discipline and Responsible Strong communication skills and ability multi-task Attention to detail and fast learner 1-2 year's experience (Preferred)



HR Job



1. Prepare offer letter, confirmation letter, evaluation form (Driver Only)

2. Prepare necessary Correspondence and Memo

3. Preparing document of driver incentive (Payroll)

4. Prepare driver incentive monthly report / DGC report

5. Send payslip and trip commission to driver

6. Asolute System, ICOP, HRDF

7. Multitasking for ad hoc HR matters assign by your superior

Admin Job



1. Check Summons (PDRM, JPJ, etc)

2. Administrative matters (TNB,TM, Stationery, Sundries)

3. Liase with driver and prepare documentation for Accident Matters

4. Daily administrative task and filing.

5. Multitasking for ad hoc admin matters assign by your superior

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
