Job Description

1. Foreign Workers & Administrative



a) Preparing the required document for foreign workers.

b) Arranging and placing the foreign workers to the respective Project Site.

c) Monitoring and handling the workers permit renewal including arranging for FOMEMA.

d) Handling the worker's termination or resignation process.

2. IT Administration

(Backup)

a) Liaise with Outsource IT supplier on all the IT matters including troubleshooting and purchasing.

b) Monitor the movement of the desktop/laptop for company.

3. Others



a) Prepare HR related letters, report and documentation.

b) Participate on Company event organizing, staff activities and training sessions.

c) Verifying the supplier invoices and ensure on time submit to Finance for payment.

d) Support and back up HRA team members whenever is required.

e) Duty at Reception counter when is required.

f) Carries out any other duties as required by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:



Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Familiar with Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of Worksy software will be an added advantage

Looking for positive attitude person (responsible, organize, proactive and willing to learn)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
Experience:

Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
