Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
Prepare HR and administrative documents (contracts, letters, reports)
Support payroll, attendance, and leave management
Handle office administration tasks (supplies, filing, scheduling)
Coordinate meetings and manage correspondence
Respond to employee and administrative inquiries
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in HR or administrative support preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
