Degree in Human Resource, Management, Business Administration or related
Experience in similar capacity especially in manufacturing industry will be an advantage
Good understanding in Sarawak Labour Ordinance
Good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Pro-active and able to work under minimum supervision
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Implements human resource and administration policies, procedures and regulations.
Administers staff benefits such as insurance, medical & dental benefit, annual leave, housing, ration, utilities, leave passage, home passage, insurance claim and etc.
Performs manpower planning and recruitment of foreign and local workers.
Administers all work permit related matter for foreigner and expatriate
Assist on application and renewal of work permits for foreign worker and expatriates
Identifies, interprets and applies laws, rules and regulations which are applicable to the Company.
Assists in solving disciplinary matters, grievances and complaints, and provides counseling when necessary.
Assists to research and develop system and resources that create timely and efficient workflow.
Ensures that the repair and maintenance of office equipment and company vehicle is maintained.
Monitors application and renewal status of all Company\'s licenses, permits, insurance and any others.
Coordinates activities of various departments within the company.
Coordinate with Security Department to maintain adequate number of security personnel at any one time.
Coordinate safety and health activities and coordinate with Safety Department on compliance of related rules and regulation
Arranging compensation claim submission such as SKHPPA, EIS and SOCSO
