Job Description

HR responsibilities

Assist the HR Manager in all daily HR operations. Help implement and coordinate HR strategies, policies, and procedures. Support staffing, selection, and recruitment processes. Assist with employee training and development programs. Help manage employee data, benefits, and compensation information. Provide support for employee relations and engagement initiatives.
Administrative responsibilities

Provide general administrative support for the office. Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth workflow. Handle information requests and clerical duties like filing and correspondence. Assist with arranging meetings and managing general office logistics.
Combined and managerial duties

Oversee the full spectrum of both HR and administrative operations. Support management in leading the team and ensuring performance. Help handle employee concerns and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
