! We're looking for someone responsible, organized, and proactive to support daily office operations, handle documentation, and assist with company activities. This role offers a friendly work environment, great staff benefits, and opportunities to grow within the company.

Main Responsibilities:
Manage company vehicles, including insurance, road tax, Puspakom inspection, and vehicle condition.
Monitor and maintain stock such as office stationery, first aid supplies, vehicle service items, company uniforms, and fire extinguishers.
Oversee office maintenance to ensure a clean and functional work environment.
Check and ensure all company documents, such as agreements, business licenses, and certificates are up to date.
Prepare and maintain reports related to petrol usage, summons, utility bills, and company phone expenses.
Organize and maintain proper filing systems and reports.
Prepare and process
purchase orders (PO)
and other related documents.
Be on standby and assist during
company events or activities.
Handle
new staff onboarding
and ensure all necessary documents and items are prepared.
Prepare and manage
asset handover and company property letters.
Perform
ad hoc tasks
assigned by superiors from time to time.
