Maintain employee records and update regularly
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including assisting with orientation sessions.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Help coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Assist in preparing HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh Graduate
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Team player with good interpersonal skills.
