Job DetailsResponsibilities tMaintain and compile employees record (Attendance, Leaves, Saturday working schedule). tManage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. tHandle employee and workers uniform and workers shoes. tWorking closely with HQ Admin Executive in managing hostel administrative tasks. tAssist the vendors doing their jobs; e.g. maintenance job tManage filing of departments documents. tManaging general administration tasks such as courier all the documents to HQ. tManaging outgoing and incoming courier, pass to respective recipients. tHandling incoming calls, directed them to appropriate departments. tRun errands as assigned when necessary. tTo carry out any other duties and ad-hoc assignments, as and when required.
