Job Description

We are looking for a reliable HR & Admin Assistant to support daily HR operations and general office administration. You will handle attendance checking, staff claims, payroll inputs, HR documentation, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Check daily attendance, lateness, overtime, and absences Verify staff claims via HR digital platform Prepare monthly payroll input Maintain employee files and HR documents Prepare standard HR letters (offer, confirmation, resignation, etc.) Assist with onboarding and simple recruitment coordination Manage office supplies and vendor coordination Handle deliveries, filing, and general office admin tasks Assist with basic travel arrangements and internal reminders

Requirements:



1-2 years of HR/Admin experience Good in Excel/Google Sheets Organised, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Able to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication in English & BM
