Job Description

Overview

This position is responsible to handle day-to-day HR activities of the company and provide administrative support to HR Executives and HR Manager.



1. Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.

2. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.

3. Filing and documentation upkeep.

4. Manage staff ID and access card.

5. Responsible in assisting with clerical duties related to recruitment, personnel

Information and employee documentation.

6. Handling document staff evaluation/confirmation/promotion/transfer.

7. Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human

resource information confidential.

8. Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

9. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

10. Any other duties as assigned by HR Manager / Management

MINIMUM SKILL SET & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE



1. Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources or others business Admin ,

2. Minimum 1 year experience in Administration / Fresh Graduate also encouraged to apply

3. Ability to work independently

4. Good knowledge in Microsoft Offices.

5. Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,100.00 per month

Work Location: In person
