Oversee & monitor employee attendance, annual leave report & medical Leave report
To perform benefits administration including employee claims, clerical support.
To coordinate Group Hospitalization Surgical Matters and staffs movement updates
To assist in other HR related administration work
Administrative
Assist in-office general admin and operations
Monitor the GPS Tracking system and prepare weekly reports on the movements
Check and update Suppliers Invoices, bill
Ensure sufficiency supply of pantry items
Coordination with the housekeeper on office cleanliness
Responsible for document sorting & Distribution
To keep maintained the company assets, facilities, and equipment including telephone system, door access control, Water Dispenser, aircond etc (building maintenance)
Relief for receptionist when needed
Perform daily administrative works such as data entry, documentation processing and filing systematically.
Perform other ad-hoc task assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
At least 1 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Possess good verbal and written communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia
Required Skill(s): Attention to detail, able to work with minimum supervision.
Preferably Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
Able to handle confidential information appropriately
Positive & proactive mindset will be added advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
