Job Description

Responsibilities:



? Maintain employee records and ensure all document are up-to-date

? Process employee onboarding and offboarding paperwork.

? Assist in organizing company events, meetings and training.

? Assist in preparing memo and letters.

? Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of timekeeping records

? Assist with benefits administration and enrolment processes.

? Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related matter and information

? Perform any additional or new responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Skills/ Qualifications:



? SPM/STPM or equivalent.

? Computer literate, proficient in MS Word & Excel.

? Able to work independently.

? Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
