\xe2\x80\xa2 1. Screening resumes, job application form and filling positions within an organization. \xe2\x80\xa2 2. Developing own network of suitable candidates. \xe2\x80\xa2 3. Handling of administration and record-keeping. \xe2\x80\xa2 4. Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 5. Preparing job offer and managing orientation of new joiners. \xe2\x80\xa2 6. Structuring and manage Corporate Social Responsibilities program (CSR) . \xe2\x80\xa2 7. Handling company events and programs \xe2\x80\xa2 8. Liaising with landlords for renewal of termination of rental agreement. \xe2\x80\xa2 9. Handling staff hostel arrangement and to ensure hostel cleanliness and tidiness. Updating all hostel utilities bill. \xe2\x80\xa2 10. Any other adhoc tasks given by Supervisor Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fast learner, result-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate (eg. MS Office) is required; experience in using Million Payroll software is an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal and communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good written and spoken proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
BP Renal Care Sdn Bhd is established in the year 1999 by Dr. Kee Swee Ann, a consultant in Internal Medicine Nephrologist. The institution is dedicated to care for patients with end-stage renal disease. The not-for-profit company, which operates 6 dialysis centers across Johor region, serves more than 400 patients currently. Besides, the company is also actively involved in corporate social responsibilities (CSR) works related in conserving the environment and giving donation to NGOs like National Kidney Foundation and MAKNA. Objective of the Organization The primary objective of the company is to provide the dialysis therapy for renal failure patients. We aim to satisfy our patient\xe2\x80\x99s demand for product performance, safety and stable supply.
