Job Description

& Job Responsibilities: HR & Admin Duties:
Maintaining staff attendance, annual leave & M.C. records
Responsible to prepare Employment Offer Letter & all other related HR letters.
Overtime Computation
Foreign worker wages computation
Renewal of foreign worker's permit/special pass & all matter related to foreign worker's employment.
Responsible in answering phone calls/incoming calls
To perform general clerical duties -not limited to photocopying, mailing, filling and preparations of documentations
Responsible in office administration including courier & dispatch
Organize and maintain all documents in a proper manner
Keeping track of cycle of all maintenance contracts
Maintaining, tagging and updating fixed assets records
Ensure company license and insurance are renew on time and compliance to Government requirement
Monitoring utilities and office maintenance
Monitoring cleanliness of whole office
Maintain inventories (stationery and etc) and ordering of office supply
Responsible to collect, sorting and distribute letter, postings (stamps and deliveries)
Coordinate and liaise with suppliers - Canon Copier machine for new setup of PC printing, monthly meter reading records.

Accounting Duties:
Able to handle accounts book keeping & data entry.
Prepare payments to vendors and claims (process payment, payment voucher.)
Processing accounts receivable transactions
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping
Reponsible for Petty Cash control - updating & recording of Petty Cash.
Inventory management such as stock take, check stock discrepancies & etc.
Handling supplier's issues - reconcile suppliers SOA, request for C/Ns
Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accountings/Administrative
At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience is required for this position. (experience in F&B industry is an added advantage).
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
Computer literate and knowledge on Microsoft (Office, Excel & words), QNE Accounting Software
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
