Human Resources
Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and HR database.
Assist in recruitment processes -- job posting, arranging interviews, and preparing offer letters.
Prepare and manage employment-related documents (contracts, confirmation, warning, resignation, termination letters).
Handle employee attendance, leave applications, and monthly leave records.
Assist in monthly payroll preparation, including verifying attendance, unpaid leave, and overtime.
Ensure statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and maintain related documentation.
Support the development and updating of company policies and HR handbook.
Handle staff onboarding and exit formalities.
Administration
Maintain general office administration, including filing, stationery, and document control.
Assist with insurance, road tax, and license renewals (if applicable).
Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external agencies as required.
Support management in preparing HR or admin reports when needed

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,520.50 per month
